Our recruiting process
Job description/Demands:
Most important in any recruitment is gathering information, requirements and expectations from the client. If possible, carried out through interviews with persons with experience from the position. The final profile is compiled together with the client.
Interviews/Selection:
We perform numerous interviews with suitable candidates, followed by cross-interviews with a fellow consultant. The candidates we consider are carefully reviewed. We identify knowledge, experience, personality and ambitions.
Introductions of the candidates:
Our aim is to present two to four candidates within six to eight weeks. The basic data includes personal records and the reasons behind our choices.
Meeting:
The client meets the candidates and makes the final evaluation. If requested, we can assist in confirming references of final candidates.
Guarantee:
We guarantee the outcome of our assignment, meaning we will ensure that a person will be employed. We will continue to introduce candidates until the client has approved one of them. If our candidate, for some reason, should resign within six months, we will present another candidate without further costs.
Engagement:
The client makes the final decision upon employment of candidate.
The final invoice will be presented only when the parties have come to an agreement and a written contract of employment has been secured.
